Hello, I'm Ryan
The therapeutic relationship is a bond between client and provider that facilitates transformation. Using The Hero’s Journey as a template for psychotherapy and self-discovery, and drawing on concepts from CBT, DBT, and depth psychology, I help my clients engage actively in their lives, learn important life skills, process trauma, face new challenges, improve relationships, and experience positive changes at home and at work.
